Rules and Policies

Visiting Rules

To ensure the safety and comfort of our guests, we have established the following visiting rules:

  • No additional guests, including relatives and children under 10, are allowed.

  • Pets are not allowed unless they are licensed service animals. Please note that our management reserves the right to deny services or halt services during an appointment if necessary. In such cases, a fee equal to 100% of the booked appointment will be applied.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice but more than 6 hours' notice, a fee equal to 50% of the original service booked price will be applied. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 6 hours' notice, a fee equal to 100% of the booked appointment will be applied. If two or more services are booked at the same time and one of the services is canceled on the day of the appointment or with less than 24 hours' notice, a fee equal to 50% of the canceled service will be applied.

Please note that same-day appointments are final and cannot be canceled or rescheduled.

Late Arrival and No Show

If you are late for your appointment, we may need to shorten your service to accommodate the next scheduled appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and apply a fee equal to 100% of the booked services. We also reserve the right to charge 100% of the services booked for all "no show" appointments.


Please note that our pricing is subject to change without notice.


All services at Torontonails is covered by a 3-day warranty. During this period, we can fix any imperfections at no additional cost. For requests outside of this period, a normal appointment should be scheduled.

Student Agreement 

The agreement between Torontonails and the student who has purchased the Russian E-File Manicure Course or Pro Easy Stamping Workshop or any other 1:1 course is as follows:

  • Torontonails is committed to providing the best educational experience to the student. As part of this commitment, the student will receive a manual, workbook, guides, and other educational materials designed specifically for the purchased course. These materials are for the personal use of the student and are not allowed to be shared or distributed with anyone else.

  • If it is found that the educational materials have been shared with another party, the party who shared the materials will be subject to a maximum fine of 10,000.00$. Sharing includes, but is not limited to photocopying, screenshots, photos, and notes. All rights are reserved by Torontonails.

  • The student agrees to use the educational materials solely for the purpose of completing the purchased course and agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or share the materials in any way. The student also agrees not to use the materials to create their own course or training program.

  • The student acknowledges that the educational materials provided by Torontonails are for educational purposes only and are not intended to be a substitute for professional advice or training. The student agrees to use the materials at their own risk and to seek professional advice or training as needed.

  • The student agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Torontonails from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising from the student's use of the educational materials provided as part of the course.


This agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations and understandings, whether written or oral.
